  • Ezinbestekoa da biltegiak izatea, bai aurrez erosi dugun materiala gordetzeko, bai ondoren ekoiztutakoa. Sailkatu eta kudeatzeko antolaketa sistema bat beharrezkoak izango dira.
  • Derrigorrez inbentario kudeaketa bat ere egin beharko da. Izakin kopuru bat mantendu beharko da eta eskaera erritmoa zehaztu.
