Material pilaketa bat da eta bere helburu nagusia enpresaren lana ahalbidetzea da eta bezeroen eskariei erantzun egokia ematea.

Sistema honi hurrengoa dagokio:
  • Eskariak ordenatu eta jaso.
  • Eskari bakoitzaren tamaina eta ordena eman behar deneko une egokiena.
  • Informazioa eguneratuta mantendu, zer eskatu den, zenbat, nori…
